We understand that orders may not work out sometimes and Tilly Grey will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise for store credit within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Final sale items can NOT be returned. 

buyer is responsible for return cost and will be deducted from the store credit applied once return is accepted and credited.
